The classroom isn't the only place on campus that can open your mind to new ideas and experiences. More than 60 dynamic student organizations let you develop leadership skills, build strong friendships, embrace service to others, and — most importantly — have fun.

From Greek life to community service, academic organizations to gaming societies, there is something for everyone at Transylvania. By getting involved on campus, you will make friends, develop leadership skills, practice working as part of a team, learn to set and achieve goals, share your time and talents, and exemplify a respect for diversity. As you grow at Transylvania, you will find that the more involved you are in the college community, the more you will benefit from your experiences here.
We are committed to student development by providing opportunities for meaningful involvement and personal growth. By programming and supporting events for the entire student body, we hope to enrich the college experience for every Transylvania student.

Every fall term at Transylvania kicks off with an Involvement Fair that offers a look at all the possible ways to get involved. And if that’s not enough, we welcome you to start a group of your own that represents your unique interests. Contact the Office of Student Activities for more information.
Transylvania University admits students regardless of age, race, color, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, national origin, or any other classification protected by federal or state law or local ordinance.
