We are delighted that you plan to visit Transy, and we want your experience to be the best that it can be. Pictures can show you our beautiful buildings and well-manicured lawns, but they only tell part of the story. Visiting campus is the only way to get a true feel for the congenial spirit of our campus.
Transylvania's Admissions office is open for visits from 8:30 a.m.–5p.m. ET, Monday-Friday, while classes are in session (September 12-December 9; January 9-April 13; April 25-May 21). You're welcome any day of the week; however, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are the best days to attend a class that might interest you. Please plan to spend at least half a day on campus.

Many students wish to take advantage of our overnight visit program. An overnight will provide you with the best overall view of Transylvania because you can experience both the academic and social sides of campus life. We have a group of students, Admissions Ambassadors, who have an extra bed in their room just for you—no sleeping on the floor at Transy!
