The main attraction of Rupp Arena is the University of Kentucky men’s basketball games, but the arena and the convention center attached to it also host numerous concerts and special events throughout the year.  Recent events include Scarefest and shows by comedian Jeff Dunham, Nickelback, Kenny Chesney, Avenged Sevenfold, the Black Eyed Peas, and Taylor Swift.
